ORDERING: Payments go through Paypal all major credit cards are accepted. There is a $10 minimum order amount.
INVENTORY: I have lots of some things and next to none of others. I cannot guarantee inventory as I sell on location during the weekend and sales outpace my ability to update online inventory. I do split up inventory for online and location sales so while an item may show up as "0" online it may still be in stock, you're welcome to check email me
The majority of my beads are natural (ie. stone & coral), which means you can look at the picture and the beads are always going to be different, happens when something isn't mass produced, Mother Nature isn't a conformist.
GRADES or “What do they look like?“ or “Are they dyed?“ or “How many beads are on the strand” or “Would you give me an exact measurement?” or Lots of other questions you have. If you want to know more about the bead you’re considering e-mail me I’d be more than happy to fill in the blanks.
SHIPPING: On shipping options I recommended “Cheapest Way” but check the UPS price for a ball park figure. If you want UPS then of course choose that option. Otherwise “Cheapest Way” will allow me to check FedEx, the Post Office, and DHL to get the best deal.
RETURNING: Please tell me what you think.
I am really easy to get along with and try to keep it simple.
I’ll take back anything that is in the same condition that it arrived to you in.
Before you bust up a strand take a good look at it and make sure it works for you and if it doesn‘t that‘s good enough of a reason to return it. If it works then bust it up, but don’t send it back to me to restring. That’s about the only condition of returning beads that I can think of except I don’t pay the return postage unless the beads arrive to you broken.
